To keep your timelines clear, all-in stock products ship as stated on our Order Processing Time below. We do not “backorder” or allow you to place orders for products we cannot immediately fulfil / ship to you.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 to 5 business days of ordering and then shipped. Please note that we are off on the weekend which may cause the delay. In situations where products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 5 working days.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

Factors outside our control such as weather, COVID or others may delay our shipments to you, and we will do our best to update you of any unforeseen changes.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Reliva will send you an email with an order confirmation & details once your order is placed. Tracking information will be provided within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If the tracking information is not updated after 5 days you place the order, please contact us at our customer support email for quick assistance.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Though we cannot guarantee any shipping changes once an order is placed, please contact us within 12 hours from placing your order.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Due to State Regulations, we cannot ship ingestible products to the following states: AK, AL, ME, NH, WA, LA, MS, MO, WY. If you live in these states, please check out our amazing CBD Topicals!
