What is AutoShip and how does it work?

AutoShip is our monthly subscription service where you can opt-in (registration required) and receive 15% off on all future AutoShip orders. Once set-up, your orders automatically ship to you once a month and your card is billed for the order with the 15% discount automatically applied. You can pause your AutoShip orders or cancel your subscription altogether at any time. All you have to do is log-in to your account or send us an email at It’s that simple and you always stay in control.

If I subscribe, can I cancel at any time?

Yes, absolutely. You stay in control and can cancel any time you want. We make it simple for you to cancel your subscription or put scheduled orders on hold for a few months. It’s your choice. All you have to do is log-in to your account.

How do I select which products I want AutoShipped?

Very simple. When you add a product to your cart, you will have the option to order that product once or have it AutoShipped moving forward. If you select AutoShip, you will receive a 15% discount on that product when you order that day and then moving forward you will receive that product each month at a 15% discount until you cancel AutoShip.

How do I know if I should use AutoShip?

If you purchase Reliva products at least once a month and would like the convenience of your Reliva products shipped to you for free each month at a 15% discount, then AutoShip could be a good option for you to consider. If you try AutoShip and decide it’s not for you, you can always cancel by logging into your account or sending us an email at You are always in control.

I want to sign up for AutoShip and start saving 15% on my monthly orders. What should I do?

Signing up for AutoShip is easy to do. Go to and as you add our products to your cart, you will have the option to only order them once or add them to be AutoShipped once a month. Please note, creating an account is required for AutoShip. After enrolling in AutoShip, you can always log into your account and click on “Manage Subscriptions” to accomplish the following:

  • Update your delivery address (please note, we currently do NOT ship to the following states: CA, HI, ID, IA, KS, LA, MS, NE, WY)
  • Update your billing address
  • Change your credit card information
  • Pause a future AutoShip order
  • Cancel your AutoShip subscription altogether

How often will I receive my AutoShip orders?

Currently, you will receive your AutoShip orders once a month only and approximately 30 days after you opt-in to AutoShip. So, for example, if you opt-in to AutoShip on Jan. 1st, you will receive your next AutoShip order right around Jan. 31st or Feb. 1st. Once we add more frequency options (i.e. once a week, twice a week, etc.), we will notify you.
